Are all of your items handmade?


Yes, all of our items are handmade in our home studio and can be made to order.




How long will my item(s) take to arrive?`


As soon as we receive your order, we will post your item(s) out within 2 working days, excluding any items made to order which will take longer. We will post items out first-class tracked delivery.




Do you accept returns?


In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your item, we are happy to offer a full refund as long as the item is returned in undamaged condition. The purchaser would be responsible for return postage and the refund would be processed as soon as we receive the returned item.




What would happen if the iitem is damaged upon arrival or is not received?


In the case of damage, please let us know as soon as possible and send us some photographs. Upon receipt of these, we will be happy to issue a full refund including postage costs. If the item is not received, please also let us know and we will refund you before we take the matter up with the courier.




How do I pay for an item?


We offer PayPal on our website which means that you can pay using any major credit or debit card.




Can I collect my item?


Yes, you are very welcome to collect from our home studio in Weston-super-Mare.




Do you make items to order?


If you like our items but would like a different colour or design, please email us at enquiries@pacificcalmgifts.com so that we can discuss your requirements.
